Evoren Health GLP-1 Nutrition Support Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions
The promoter is Ruxor Limited, trading as Evoren Health ("Evoren Health", "we", "us" or "our"). By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
To enter, you must fall into at least one of the following groups:
- You are currently using prescribed GLP-1 medication and are experiencing a reduced or small appetite and want to learn how to meet your nutritional needs while eating less.
- You are currently using prescribed GLP-1 medication and want to learn more about nutrition, including protein, meal structure, hydration, fibre and building a sustainable way of eating.
- You are preparing to come off prescribed GLP-1 medication and want to build a nutrition structure that can support you as your appetite changes.
- You have recently come off prescribed GLP-1 medication and want to learn how to support weight maintenance and build a sustainable approach to eating after treatment.
Medication must have been prescribed by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Employees of Ruxor Limited/Evoren Health and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Suitability for coaching and right to refuse service
The First and Second Prizes involve personalised nutrition coaching and are subject to Evoren Health's normal suitability and onboarding requirements.
To be eligible to receive either coaching prize, entrants must:
- be available to begin their coaching programme from 7 October 2026;
- be able to attend coaching sessions during the appointment times offered by Evoren Health;
- complete any onboarding, health and lifestyle information reasonably required before coaching begins; and
- meet Evoren Health's eligibility and suitability criteria for nutrition coaching.
Evoren Health reserves the right to refuse, postpone, withdraw or discontinue a coaching service or prize where an entrant or winner does not meet the stated eligibility or suitability criteria, where information provided is incomplete or materially inaccurate, or where Evoren Health reasonably considers that the person's needs fall outside the scope of the nutrition coaching service.
This may include circumstances where medical assessment, specialist dietetic support, eating disorder support or another form of clinical care would be more appropriate.
Any decision to refuse or withdraw coaching will be made on reasonable grounds and will not be based on a protected characteristic or any other unlawful discriminatory basis.
If a selected winner is not eligible or suitable for the relevant coaching prize, or is unable to begin their programme from 7 October 2026, Evoren Health may select another eligible winner for that prize.
3. Promotion period
The prize draw opens at 00:00 BST on 10 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30 September 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be included.
4. How to enter
No purchase is necessary to enter.
To receive one entry into the prize draw, entrants must:
- Save the relevant Evoren Health competition post on Facebook or Instagram.
- Complete the official Evoren Health prize draw entry form before the closing date.
- Confirm on the entry form that they have completed the required entry action.
Entrants are not required to comment publicly about their medication, health, weight or personal circumstances.
5. Bonus entry for sharing
Entrants may receive one additional entry by sharing the competition post with a friend or another person who they believe may benefit from GLP-1 nutrition support.
To receive the additional entry, the entrant must confirm on the official entry form that they shared the post.
An entrant who completes the standard entry requirements will receive one entry. An entrant who also confirms that they completed the sharing action will receive two entries in total.
A maximum of two entries per person is permitted regardless of how many times the post is shared.
Evoren Health will rely on entrants providing accurate information when confirming completion of the entry actions. We reserve the right to disqualify an entry where we reasonably believe false or misleading information has been provided.
Sharing the post publicly is not required. It may be sent privately to another person.
6. The prizes
There are three prizes available.
First Prize: Premium GLP-1 Nutrition Coaching
One place in Evoren Health's Premium GLP-1 Nutrition Coaching programme, providing Evoren Health's highest level of personalised nutrition strategy, coaching and support.
Second Prize: Personalised GLP-1 Nutrition Coaching
One place in Evoren Health's Personalised GLP-1 Nutrition Coaching programme.
Third Prize: The GLP-1 Success Method™
Full access to The GLP-1 Success Method™, Evoren Health's self-guided nutrition programme, together with the resources normally included with the programme at the time the prize is awarded.
The exact delivery format and programme inclusions will be those applicable to the relevant Evoren Health programme at the time the prize draw is run.
Prizes are personal to the selected winner, cannot be transferred to another person, cannot be resold, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another Evoren Health promotion or exchanged for another programme. There is no cash alternative.
7. Winner selection
Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
Each valid standard entry will be entered into the draw once. Each eligible entrant who has qualified for the bonus entry will be entered into the draw twice.
The draw will be carried out using a verifiably random process or under appropriate independent supervision.
The first eligible entrant selected will receive the First Prize. The second eligible entrant selected will receive the Second Prize. The third eligible entrant selected will receive the Third Prize.
Each person may win a maximum of one prize.
8. Winner notification
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided on their entry form.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
Evoren Health may request confirmation that the winner continues to meet the eligibility requirements before awarding a prize.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted using the details provided, does not meet the eligibility or suitability criteria, provided materially inaccurate information when entering, or is unable to begin a coaching prize from 7 October 2026 where applicable, Evoren Health reserves the right to select another eligible winner at random.
9. Fraudulent accounts and prize claims
Winners will only be contacted through Evoren Health's official contact details.
Evoren Health will never require a winner to pay a fee, make a purchase or provide credit or debit card details in order to claim a prize.
10. Health and medical information
Evoren Health provides nutrition education and nutrition coaching.
Evoren Health does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribing services or medical treatment.
Participation in an Evoren Health programme is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor, prescribing clinician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Any decision concerning starting GLP-1 medication, stopping GLP-1 medication, changing medication, changing dosage, managing significant side effects or other medical treatment should be discussed with the entrant's prescribing healthcare professional.
Evoren Health will not advise participants to start, stop or change prescribed GLP-1 medication.
If a participant develops symptoms or concerns that require medical assessment, they may be advised to contact their healthcare professional before continuing with aspects of the programme.
11. Health information and privacy
The entry form asks entrants to provide limited information about their GLP-1 medication journey so that Evoren Health can establish whether they meet the eligibility criteria for the prize draw.
Information about medication use and health is considered health information and may constitute special-category personal data under applicable UK data protection law.
Entrants will therefore be asked to provide explicit consent for Evoren Health to process the health information supplied for the purposes of assessing eligibility, administering the prize draw, selecting and verifying winners and delivering a prize where the entrant wins.
Health information provided for the prize draw will not automatically be used for marketing.
Consent to receive emails, newsletters, offers or other marketing communications from Evoren Health will be separate and optional and is not a condition of entering or winning.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Evoren Health Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Entrants may withdraw consent to the processing of their health information. If the information is necessary to establish eligibility and consent is withdrawn before the prize draw has been completed, Evoren Health may no longer be able to include that entrant in the draw.
12. Marketing consent
Entering the prize draw does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Evoren Health marketing communications.
Where an entrant separately chooses to subscribe to Evoren Health emails or other marketing, they may unsubscribe at any time.
Choosing not to receive marketing communications will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.
13. Publicity and confidentiality
Entrants will not be required to disclose publicly which GLP-1 medication they use, whether they are currently taking medication, their weight, their medical history or any other private health information as a condition of entry.
Winners will not be required to provide a testimonial, photograph, before-and-after image, social media post or public account of their experience as a condition of receiving their prize.
Any future testimonial, case study, photograph or promotional participation would be subject to separate agreement and consent.
14. Fair administration
Evoren Health reserves the right to verify that an entrant meets the eligibility requirements, reject duplicate entries beyond the permitted maximum, disqualify fraudulent, automated or manipulated entries, and disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
Evoren Health will administer the promotion fairly and will not withhold a prize from an eligible winner without reasonable grounds.
15. Changes or cancellation
Evoren Health reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Where possible, any changes will preserve the fairness of the promotion and will not materially disadvantage entrants who have already entered.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, Evoren Health is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted because of technical problems outside its reasonable control.
17. Facebook, Instagram and Meta
This promotion is organised and administered by Evoren Health. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the promotion or fulfilment of the prizes.
Any questions relating to the promotion should be directed to Evoren Health rather than Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
18. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights available to entrants under applicable law.
